WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Governors Association (RGA) released the following statement in response to the Iowa gubernatorial debate:
“Zach Lahn won tonight’s debate and Rob Sand’s moderate act didn’t survive it,” said RGA Communications Director Kollin Crompton. “Sand wants Iowans to ignore the Democrat label while he cashes checks from Democrats’ largest donors. Those liberal megadonors know exactly what they’re buying: a governor who will push their agenda in Iowa. Lahn laid out a vision for lower taxes, clean water, and communities where Iowa’s children can build their futures.”
