WASHINGTON, D.C. – RGA’s Michigan Victory Fund launched its first ad of the general election in the Michigan gubernatorial race, highlighting Jocelyn Benson following Socialist Abdul El-Sayed’s lead.
The ad titled “Drumbeat” will begin airing Thursday, August 13th across Michigan.
“Radical socialists have taken over Michigan, and Jocelyn Benson is marching to their radical drumbeat. From being on the board of a left-wing group who called for defunding the police to raising taxes, Jocelyn Benson is leading their movement,” said RGA Communications Director Kollin Crompton. “Michigan voters know this is no longer Big Gretch’s Democrat Party. Now, it’s more radical and liberal. Voters will reject socialism in November.”

VO: Abdul el-Sayed and the socialist have taken over Michigan’s Democratic Party.
Jocelyn Benson is following his lead.
Benson supported a massive $3,000 tax hike on working families.
She served on the Board of Directors of a left-wing group that called cops racist and wanted to defund our police.
This is not Gretchen Whitmer’s Democratic Party.
It’s far more liberal and extreme.
And Jocelyn Benson is marching to their radical drumbeat.
